How to order from overseas

International Shipping

At present, our online cart is not yet equipped to accommodate orders from overseas, as we are currently in the preparation phase. If you wish to place an order for international shipping, you may follow the steps outlined below.

Order Flow

Step. 1
MAIL

Please send us an email with the following information.
1. Item Name, Color, Quantity
2. Your Name
3. Shipping Address
4. Phone Number
5. Email

Step. 2
PAYMENT

We will send you a Paypal invoice specifying the total amount of the items.
The shipping cost depends on the total weight and delivery area.
(It will be from 1,500JPY to 4,000JPY in most cases.)

Step. 3
SHIPMENT

After paying with PayPal, your items are usually shipped out within 5 business days.
(except on weekends and Japanese public holidays.)
We use EMS for shipping. If you would like to know the arrival date of your package,
please check on the Japan Post website.

Step. 4
DELIVERY

All customs fees, taxes, tariffs and handling charges incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please note there may be delays in delivery times because of the time it takes customs to process post.
Any customs for the items are the responsibility of the customer.
I appreciate your understanding.

CAUTION

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
